About

Established in 1906, GRADY-REALTORS has been serving clients in Fort Worth for over a century. The firm was originally founded by PB Grady, shortly after moving to Fort Worth. PB passed the business onto his nephew, Rab Grady, who expanded the firm into commercial and ranch real estate. Rab’s brother-in-law, Cameron Shropshire, Sr., was a large real estate developer in the Fort Worth market. His son, Grady Shropshire, would go on to manage GRADY-REALTORS after Rab. Grady would continue to the tradition of high level service for his clients in the Fort Worth residential and ranch real estate markets. Today, GradyLee (Grady) Shropshire is the fourth generation to lead GRADY-REALTORS.

Grady Shropshire is a Fort Worth native and lifelong resident. Prior to becoming President of the firm, Grady spent his entire career in Real Estate, both on the Residential side and as a Landman in the Oil & Gas industry. He holds a finance degree from Texas Christian University (TCU) and attended All Saints’ Episcopal School. Grady stays active in his community. He is a member of First United Methodist Church, Rivercrest Country Club, and Steeplechase. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, being outdoors, and spending time with his family and friends.

“Dallas-Fort Worth continues to be one of the strongest Real Estate markets in the country. Our focus is solely on our clients: finding exactly what they want and transacting at the best price possible. There is no better feeling than helping someone find their dream home.”
